Welcome to Jimyo-in. This traditional Buddhist Temple is well located just a short walk away from the entrance of the Okunoin cemetery. None of the guest rooms have private baths or toilets. Jimyo-in provides shared baths for both women and men (available from 16:00 to 21:00), and "shojin-ryori" or Buddhist Monk vegetarian meals are served to the guests. The morning prayers starts every morning at 06:30am. They only perform the Fire ceremony twice a month, please ask for it during check-in, you might be lucky.
