What is a Ryokan? Ryokans are the best way to experience Japanese culture and enjoy the true comforts of Japanese hospitality and service.
Hot springs have a very long history in Japan, and they are an intimate part of Japanese culture. There are over 3,000 "onsen" ,or hot springs, in Japan. Many can be found at the ryokans available on Japanese Guest Houses.
After clearing customs passengers should go to the MK counter located next to Gate H in the International Arrivals Lobby. (See the map below). The shuttle bus will take you to your reserved ryokan.
A shuttle bus will pick you up at your hotel or ryokan and take you to the airport. Pick up time will be based on your flight departure schedule and the front desk staff will be informed of the pick up time one day before your scheduled departure. Please ask them for this time.
The service costs 3,600 yen per passenger plus a basic 500 yen fee per group (one-way trip) with taxes and highway tolls included. This cost will be deducted from your credit card upon reservation of the service. Cancellation fees are as follow (based always on Japan Time):
In addition to this cancellation fees, there might be other fees for transferring your money internationally, we try to keep this fees as low as possible, but they do not depend on us.
