From Nipponbashi Subway Station to the Yamatoya Honten it is a 3 minute walk. Take Exit #6 which will take you to Sakaisuji Roads. Sakaisuji Road runs perpendicular to the express way and you will walk away from the expressway. You will see a bank on your right. Keep walking past the bank and go across Dotonbori River. Osaka Yamatoya Honten is on your right.
