When you get off the train at Hakone Yumoto train station, there is a Shuttle Bus Number A which leaves 15 minutes past the hour and 30 minutes past the hour (:15 and :45). Get off the bus at Hotel Okada. This bus costs 100 yen (Hakone Free Pass not accepted)
