From Tokyo to Hakuba Station: Departing from Tokyo Station to Nagano passengers board the Nagano Shinkansen Bullet Train Asama. It will take about 4 hours and 30 minutes.
From Shin-Osaka Station or Kyoto Station to Hakuba Station: Departing Osaka or Kyoto catch the Sanyo Shinkansen Bullet Train to Nagoya and transfer to the Chuo limited express (Shinano) departs from Nagoya Station and travel directly to Hakuba Station. It will take about 5 hours from Shin-Osaka Station to Hakuba.
