From Shin Kobe Station (Shinkansen bullet train station), take the Hokushin Kyuko Line to Tanigami Station, and from there take the Kobe Dentetsu Line to Arima Onsen Station. From the station, the ryokan is approximately a 10 minute walk to Ginsuiso Bekkan Choraku. You can also call the ryokan with the number on your confirmation e-mail when you arrive at the train station and they will come pick you up.
