It is a 10 minute taxi ride from JR Kagaonsen Station. There is also a pick-up service from JR Kagaonsen Station. Advanced reservations are needed for this service.
To get to JR Kagaonsen Station from Kansai Airport, take a Haruka Express to JR Kyoto Station (about 75 minutes), then take a JR special express Thunderbird to JR Kagaonsen Station (about 105 minutes).
