Welcome to the Suminoe Ryokan. This Traditional Ryokan is located between Hiroshima and Kurashiki, on Ikuchi Island in the Seto Inland Sea. Only one of its guest rooms has both a private bath and toilet. Eight of its guest rooms have a private toilet, and the remaining two rooms have neither a private bath nor a toilet. Suminoe Ryokan has a Honkan and Shinkan, its main building and annex. It was built around 150 years ago, and opened as a ryokan about 50 years ago. From their rooms guests will have a view of either the sea or the garden. The Suminoe Ryokan chef recommends seafood from the Seto Inland Sea.
