Welcome to the Hakone Fujiya Hotel. This Traditional Ryokan has been in business since 1878, and it is one of the most famous ryokans in Hakone. Many of the buildings have been officially designated as "cultural assets" by Japan's Cultural Properties Protection Commission. There are a total of 5 building for guests: the Main Building, the Comfy Lodge/Restful Cottage, the Flower Palace, the Forest Lodge and Kikkaso. There are 146 Western-style guest rooms and 3 Japanese guest rooms (the Japanese-style guest rooms are in the Kikkaso, and the Emperor of Japan has stayed also here). All guest rooms have private indoor hot spring baths and toilets. There are 2 indoor hot spring baths for both women and men (same gender only), and a hot spring "family bath" which can be privately reserved for 45 minutes at 2,100 yen. Please ask for details at the front desk when checking in. Traditional Japanese Cuisine and French Cuisine are served to the guests at the Hakone Fujiya Hotel. Check-in time is after 2:00pm and check-out time is before 11:00am. Parking is available.
