The ryokan is very well located. The staff welcomed us warmly and with his heart. It was the final day of our trip so we stayed only one night before getting to Haneda Airport early in the morning (without taking breakfast), but we would have stayed longer otherwise. The rooms, although not big, are very clean. We would recommend this ryokan with confidence.

The ryokan is lovely. I spent 4 nights here, the room was very comfortable, always clean, and the staff were kind, helpful and very welcoming!! They even rented me a universal adapter when I discovered I'd brought the wrong one, for a small refundable fee. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this ryokan to others!! :) PS The only reason I didn't score "food" with a 5, is because I didn't have any...
