Location: Otaru, Hokkaido
Welcome to Ginrinso. This Luxurious Ryokan (see definition of ryokan styles below) was originally a private residence built in 1873 but in 1938 it was converted into a ryokan. There are 2 main buildings here: a "honkan" (original building) and a "shinkan" (annex). Ginrinso has 17 Japanese-style guest rooms and 1 combined Western and Japanese-style guest room. There are 2 indoor and 2 outdoor baths for both women and men (same sex only). Traditional Japanese-style seafood cuisine is served to the guests at Ginrinso. Check-in time is after 3:00pm and check-out time is before 10:00am. Parking is available. This year Ginrinso is only open from April 15 to September 30, 2006. Luxurious Ryokan
